In the Catalan language, Menorca’s native language, a Xubec is a little nap to regain strength to keep exploring.

This is the name of this modern youth hostel located in the centre of  Ciutadella. If boutique hotels have proliferated on the island of Menorca in recent years, this is a Boutique Hostel.

It is aimed at young people under 30 years of age but also for all those guests who, regardless of their age, are looking for accommodation where they can find the necessary information to discover Menorca for a truly cultural experience.

Xubec provides users with all the necessary materials to enjoy different cultural routes, divided into the ethnological, the religious, the fortress/castles, the talaiotic, the British, or the museum routes to provide different experiences. We also put our guests in touch with different companies that help them walk the Camí de Cavalls or enjoy sports activities.

Xubec is located 600 metres from the Cathedral of Menorca and aims to be a cultural space designed to educate visitors about Menorca without giving up on its excellent comfort. It is located in a large, renovated house that was the Truqueries inn.
